Clear group resolution/minutes to open the account with clear account signing instructions and duly signed.

Certificate of registration for the group - original & copy for certification.

KRA PIN certificate for all account signitories - original & copy for certification.

Group constitution/by laws.

National Identity cards for the signitories - original & copy for certification.

Passport size photographs for the account signitories - photo can also be taken from the branch at no cost.

Purchase at least the minimum nominal shares i.e 500 units @ Kes 10 each - Kes 5,000.

Introduction letter from the respective ministry.

All signitories with their identity card numbers and cell phones nos clearly indicated.
