FOSA Account Requirements

Certified national identity card/passport - Copy Certified by recognized commissioner of oath/notary public.

Passport size photograph.

Purchase at least the minimum membership shares i.e 500 units @ Kshs 10 each.

A copy of identity card for an introducer residing in Kenya.

Passport size photograph for the introducer residing in Kenya.

An introduction letter duly signed by the introducer.

In case No.4 and 5 are sent via soft copies e.g email then they must be certified by a commissiioner of oath.
